In February, March and April each year aQuellé country hosts the exciting 4-race aQuellé Mudman Series which includes a 750m swim or 4km paddle, a 20km mountain bike ride and a 5km trail run through the beautiful countryside. The series includes a half-distance event for novices and youngsters, and the “Mudskippers” event for 6 – 10 year olds. Athletes can choose to compete as individuals or in teams of 3. The series is primarily aimed as a fundraiser for the hosting schools of Hermansburg, Cordwalles, Epworth and Richmond. Primary and High schools, as well as families, friends and corporates are encouraged to take up the challenge of taming the aQuelle Mudman.
